On July 21, 2023, CEA Consulting Ltd, in partnership with Consultancy and Services Company Ltd, effectively organized a training session focused on elucidating the implications of the recent Rwandan tax procedures law no 020/2023 of March 31, 2023. The training, led by CPA Fidele Ukwishaka, aimed to equip participants with comprehensive insights into the new legislation, spanning beyond mere key changes. Notably, participants displayed a keen interest in gaining a thorough understanding of the entire tax legal framework, as evidenced by an extensive discussions on various tax law such as income tax, VAT, excise, procedures and decentralized taxes.
